Customer Service Team Leader

Ball Australia is currently looking for a full time experienced customer service team leader, based at the new premises in Skye.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of customer service and ensure information is timely to provide excellent customer service
  • Distribute workloads among the staff
  • Utilise all resources within the company
  • Implement continuous improvement
  • Coordinate all customer service functions with inventory, dispatch and production

The successful applicant must be a great communicator, have excellent computer skills, and be a team player.

Customer service experience is essential and nursery experience would be looked upon favourably.
